Personal Training
The Personal Training program is built for clients of all types with goals of all kinds. While our teams philosophy and vision is aligned, we each bring a variety of specialities that allow us to reach a wide range of client needs. Personal Training begins with a thorough assessment and needs analysis, which allows us to construct a program that is custom fit to your needs and goals. Our current personal training clients include an equal mix of young professionals, high powered executives, super moms, and high school/college athletes.
Personal Training is for you if:
- You have very clear, specific, high arching goals that require specific custom programming.
- You have injuries that need extra care and specific attention to technique and detail.
- You prefer privacy, personal attention, extra care and the added accountability a one-on-one relationship can provide.

Small Group Sports Performance Training
Our Small Group Sports Performance Program is designed for high school and college athletes preparing for competition in a wide range of sports. This program provides individualized programming in a small group setting. The coach to athlete ratio never extends beyond 1:5, allowing us to provide extreme attention to detail. The support and community the group provides allows for an environment that carefully blends both extreme intensity with plenty of fun for the athletes. Come train along side some of the best athletes on Long Island.

Classes are available both after school and on weekends during the Fall, Winter and Spring, with several options during summer months.

Online Coaching
Want to train with 3Sixty but can’t get to Long Island? Our online coaching program arms us with the ability to reach you wherever you are. If you have goals, and you should, we have a program that will help inch you closer to them.
After years of avoiding the online coaching world, we cannot dismiss the gigantic opportunity this platform provides by allowing us to reach athletes all over the world and deliver them the services we feel our truly world class.
The online coaching program begins with a comprehensive assessment and will include a custom training program modified weekly, nutrition program/guidelines, unlimited email support, and video review.

Consulting Services/Mentorships
We have consulted with and served as mentors to hundreds of coaches, trainers, athletes, and parents to help optimize all aspects of the 3Sixty Performance Training Compass. Movement, Injury Prevention, Speed, Power, Strength, Conditioning, Recovery, Mindset and Nutrition are all things that must be implemented successfully and carefully managed. How you implement these things will vary within the context of each player/coaches situation. Equipment availability, size of gym, size of groups, length of program, age of athletes.. ALL of these things must be accounted for. We make sure that the information you receive is specific to your situation and can be applied immediately with ease for you or your athletes. Consultations and Mentoring can be done through skype, on the phone, or in person either at our facility or at yours.
