The 3Sixty Method, our flagship online training program, is designed for people unable to train with us in person, but want to follow our acclaimed training programs. This program is a comprehensive training system designed to build strength, develop lean muscle, and burn fat, all while being time efficient and joint friendly.

You’ll look, feel, move, and perform better.


The 3Sixty Method prides itself on being a well rounded, complete, and comprehensive program.  It will develop power, strength, conditioning, mobility, stability, and recovery, all while maximizing your time and safety.

The program includes 3 strength training sessions per week, 2 conditioning sessions per week, and 1 recovery session. Each workout can be done any day of the week, ensuring that it will work with even the busiest of schedules.

We deliver everything straight to your phone via the 3Sixty Athlete App.  After you sign up for the program, download our app in the app store and sign in.  You are now ready.

Our app allows you to easily view your program, log your workouts, watch exercise demo videos, and track your progress.

As a member of The 3Sixty Method online program you will also have access to The 3Sixty Athletics Online Community to ask questions, learn, connect, and grow with the rest of the group.


Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly do I get when I join The 3Sixty Method?

When you sign up for The 3Sixty Method, you get access to our online training platform and the 3Sixty Athlete App.  You’ll immediately get access to the first month of programming and our private Facebook group, The 3Sixty Athletics Online Community. The entire program is online, but you’ll be able to print out your workouts if you’d rather have a hard copy to carry to the gym.

Each month, you’ll get access to a new, progressed workout which builds on the previous month, helping to continue your progress, forever.

What types of workouts should I expect?

Workouts will never take more than one hour and will include a well rounded blend of mobility/stability/flexibility, core, strength, power, conditioning, and recovery.

What if I don’t know how to do some of the exercises?

Every exercise comes with a video demo right in the app.  If you are still unsure, post in the community group and we will offer help.

Do I need any specific equipment?

This program is designed to be able to be completed at a commercial gym, crossfit box, or home gym. You will be using dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, stability balls, TRX, bands, etc.  If you do not have a piece of equipment required simply post in the community group and we will provide an adequate alternate.

Can I do other exercise while on this program?

YES.  We believe in well rounded fitness.  Many of our athletes compliment this program with jujitsu, kickboxing, yoga, solid core, soul cycle, basketball, etc.

I’m kinda busy, how many days per week is the program?

The program includes 3 total body strength training days, 2 conditioning days, and 1 recovery day.  The program is designed to be modified based on schedule.  You can complete each workout on whatever day of the week is best for your schedule.

How long does the program last?

Each program lasts 4 weeks, with a new one released each month that builds on the previous month to keep things exciting, fun, and progressive.

Can I add anything to the workouts?

Yes! At the end of each strength training session feel free to add additional accessory exercises to target weak areas and customize the program a little bit to your needs.  Arms, glutes, hips, core, and shoulders are things that come to mind.

I have an injury, can I still do the program?

We always suggest seeing a medical professional before starting our program.  It is often possible to train around injuries or trouble sites.  Drop a line in the community group and we will come up with safe substitutions.

I’m just starting to get back in shape, is this for me?

One hundred percent yes.  This program is the perfect way to get back in shape, start getting in shape, or jump start stagnated progress.  You can start slow, completing two workouts per week and build up the full program.

I’ve been training for a long time, is this for me?

Yes. Most advanced athletes who have been training for a long time have not completed a program similar to this.  In fact, we see great progress with advanced athletes because the stimulus from this program is very different than most other programs.

Who is this not for?

This program is not for the complete beginner.  If you have no experience training then this is likely not a good starting point.  Similarly, if you are in pursuit of a highly specific goal(College Athletics, Powerlifting/Olympic Lifting Competition, etc) then this program is likely not for you.

Can I communicate with 3Sixty coaches?

Yes, our coaches will be in the online community group, feel free to reach out there!

How much does the program cost?

How do I cancel my membership.

The program can be cancelled at any time easily within your member portal. Once you cancel you will not be billed again.
